One Platform for the Entire Healthcare Journey -
From the Patient's Phone to the
Hospital's Operations
Stacknize has built a comprehensive mHealth platform connecting patients, doctors, hospitals, and emergency services in a single system — with AI that saves doctors time and helps patients understand their care, and telecom integration that reaches users even on basic mobile networks.
The Distinction That Matters
Most digital health platforms solve one part of the care journey. Booking tools that don’t talk to clinical systems. Telemedicine apps with no hospital operations layer. EHR integrations that stop at the clinic door. The result is fragmentation – and fragmentation costs time, money, and patient outcomes.
The Stacknize mHealth platform was designed around the full patient journey. From a first appointment
booking to ambulance dispatch and live tracking, from video consultation to prescription delivery, from a
solo clinic to a multi-department hospital – one platform handles it all. And because it is built on 14 years of telecom engineering, it reaches patients via USSD and SMS where smartphone access cannot be
assumed.

What We Build
Not services we offer — platforms we have engineered, deployed, and watched run in
production for real clients across three continents.
Patient Services
- Patient mobile app - appointment booking, consultation history, health records, medication reminders
- Video consultation via WebRTC - in-app doctor-patient sessions with prescription output
- USSD and SMS access - patients on any handset can book appointments and receive health updates
- Ambulance booking with live GPS tracking - real-time ETA for patient and hospital prenotification
AI Consultation Summary - Powered by MedGemma
After each consultation, the platform analyses the doctor-patient conversation and chat and automatically
generates two outputs:
- Clinical summary for the doctor - structured findings, diagnosis, and prescription the doctor reviews and edits before finalising. Saves significant documentation time per consultation.
- Patient-friendly summary - the same consultation translated into plain, human-understandable language so the patient leaves with a clear record of what was discussed and what they have been prescribed.
Clinical Tools
- Doctor portal -patient queue management, scheduling, medical history, and digital prescriptions
- AI-assisted decision support - differential diagnosis suggestions and drug interaction alerts
Hospital Operations
- OPD and IPD management - triage, ward rounds, bed management across departments
- Pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and insurance - integrated across the full hospital workflow
- Multi-location support - one platform for an entire hospital network with role-based access
Why Stacknize for mHealth
Five engineering capabilities, each built over years of real production experience — not
assembled from a services catalogue.
01
Telecom-Native Access
Built on 14 years of telecom engineering, the platform reaches patients
via USSD and SMS — not just smartphone apps. Critical in African and
Asian markets where low-connectivity and feature phone usage are
realities, not edge cases.
02
AI That Serves Both Sides
The MedGemma consultation summary is a live, production AI capability — not a roadmap item. Doctors save documentation time per consultation. Patients receive better-informed post-visit care. Both outcomes improve the quality of every interaction on the platform.
03
Clinic to Hospital Scale
Deployable for a solo practitioner starting with scheduling and teleconsultation — then expanded without re-architecting to a full multidepartment hospital management system as requirements grow.
