- You own real engineering decisions - architecture choices, technology selection, and quality standards are made by engineers, not handed down in a spec

- You solve problems that most engineers never encounter - real-time SIP voice pipelines, USSD session management at the MAP protocol level, LLM integration for production healthcare systems
- You work on projects with a defined scope and a real launch - not a decade-long enterprise programme where your contribution disappears into a committee
Roles We Typically Hire For
- Backend Engineers
- Node.js / Java / Python — platform services, APIs, and integrations
- Frontend Engineers
- Angular (enterprise portals) and Flutter (iOS and Android mobile apps)
- AI / ML Engineers
- LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and voice AI — experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or HuggingFace
- Telecom Engineers
- SIP, SMSC, USSD — experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or telecom protocol stacks
